Since 2021, he is Assistant Professor at the Amsterdam Centre for Tax Law (ACTL) at the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), where he teaches International and European Tax Law and conducts research on the taxation of the digital economy.

Since 2022, he is the coordinator and lecturer for the Summer School "Blockchain, Digital Assets, Web3: Taxation & Reporting" at the Amsterdam Law School of the University of Amsterdam.

He has been a speaker at numerous conferences, seminars, and events in Italy and abroad (Netherlands, France, South Africa, India, United States, Romania, Albania) and is the author of over fifty scientific publications in the field of Tax Law.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the African Tax Research Network (ATRN) and a member of the Editorial Board of the "Legal Issues Journal" of the United Kingdom Law & Society Association.

He serves as an external reviewer for the World Tax Journal (IBFD).

Adjunct professor of Tax Law at the Specialization School for Legal Professions of the University of Florence (from the a.y. 2018/19 to 2022/23) and the University of Pisa (a.y. 2019/20).
Adjunct professor of European Taxation Law for the academic year 2017/18 at the Faculty of Law of Sapienza University of Rome.
