Our firm provides consulting services to both companies and employees in managing employment relationships. For companies, we assist with contract drafting, terminations, and labor relations management, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.

For employees, we offer support in debt recovery (including enforcement and bankruptcy phases), severance pay (TFR), wage discrepancies, access to the INPS Guarantee Fund, issues related to workplace harassment, demotion, and social security matters (e.g., civil disability, handicap, differential damages from injuries).

Additionally, we support both parties in disputes before the Labor Inspectorate and INPS, providing assistance during audits and inspections. The Firm handles all stages of disputes, both extrajudicial and judicial, with particular attention to negotiations and settlement agreements between employees and employers in a protected setting (before the Labor Inspectorate and unions).
